Luftwaffe HE-219 UHU – NACHTJÄGER- This luftwaffe jacket is one of the most sought-after flight jackets in the eyes of a collector. It was originally issued to Luftwaffe personnel given mainly to those of the Heinkel Uhu Nachtjäger 219 Crews (Heinkel Eagle Owl Night Hunters). The He 219 UHU were night fighters used towards the later stages of WW2, they were the first aircrafts to have ejection seats and to have tricycle landing gears. The original jackets were available in a heated and non-heated version. The heated version was able to be plugged in to the aircraft, our replica is the non-heated version.
